... Really Avex, the first time Kuu comes to Singapore it's because she's invited by a Korean show? Geesh.

^ I know right, it'll be the best performance of the event I think. She has so much charisma on stage.
Hopefully her performance won't be too sexy though, she might get banned from Korean TV.

I was so surprised and excited to hear this, it's a great honor to be invited to the MAMAS (even for Korean artists). Apparently approximately 2 billion people watch every year, I heard. O: People on Tokyo Hive, OMANA and AHS are all really excited for it.
Kuu is going to show everyone how live is done! <3

@hill: I thought they were gonna show it live? =D
Anyways kuu normally tones it down somewhat when she's performing for a more diverse and public audience xD

But you know, for news digests and reruns and whatnot they usually have of award shows that are shown afterwards.
But yeah, you could be right. I just hope she's not going to have a cutesy performance. She needs to be fierce for the international audiences!

Anyways kuu normally tones it down somewhat when she's performing for a more diverse and public audience xD Not really. She was still her usual self when she was performing in Vietnam. Sexy and really energetic and all (during BE MY BABY). I guess as long as it's not SHAKE IT/Ima sugu hoshii (PV) sexy then I think it should be fine~

@jiarong: I mean when her audience isn't mostly her fanbase... Then again, I'm not very sure what event she went to in Vietnam, that was some kind of music festival too wasn't it?

^ It was some Vietnam-Japan friendship nonsense, alongside a music festival. Not music related. She's always being herself as an artist even when she's overseas I feel. She never really toned down anything. She just goes to the extreme when it comes to her provocative performances like SHAKE IT @ TRICK tour, as opposed to toning down.
Especially at this period when she isn't her 2003-2005 self, I don't see any problems with her being sexy because they aren't even remotely close to inappropriate.
Still her usual self, even in Vietnam, which is kinda conservative.
This is why I love Kuu, as an artist, she's herself regardless of the setting and location.

But it depends where they concert is, and it's being shown and mostly hosted by Korea. Korea is extremely strict. 4Minute and Rania were made to change their choreography or be banned because it was deemed 'too sexy' just because there was 1 part where they spread their legs. Lee Hyori's 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' video was banned just because it showed her driving a truck without a drivers belt on. XD And don't forget Kuu's 'Ima Sugu Hoshii' was also banned from being released in Korea because of the lyrics. Korea has banned so many things for small little stupid reasons, Korea is way more strict than vietnam. :/ So I'm not sure about this one. But I'm sure she'll be fine though. I don't think they'll have a problem with her being her usualy sexy self as long as she doesn't go too extreme. Which means she may or may not be playing 'Love Me Bac' because of the dance. It is confirmed by Playroom that's shes praticing a dance routine for MAMA though, so it looks like we may be getting a newer song or a piece of new choreography. I can't wait to see it!

What I mean is that Kuu just knows which song is appropriate for whichever event without losing her personality when she performs. Obviously she won't be performing things like Ima sugu hoshii, I don't think there was even a TV performance for that song right? XD I feel that the only time where she was just kinda pushing it on TV during her Cutie Honey days. But everything else it's just provocative and sexy, as opposed to too trashy for TV? Yeah. Again, like I said, I feel that things like suggestive and obviously sexual choreography would be her going to the extreme as opposed to her being her usual self. And I don't think she would be performing Love Me Back. It's confirmed that she's performing 3 songs and Ai no Uta is one of them, when it comes to overseas performances like that, she would perform songs that are well-known and something really mainstream sounding as opposed to promoting her new single. I'm thinking the 2 other songs would be Poppin'love cocktail and BE MY BABY.
